Found that quote and a million others like it because I googled, "18-month-old suddenly not sleeping". Yes, that's right. We skipped her nap on Sunday because of a children's ministry meeting at church (ironic) and she is not sleeping well since then.
"Your kid may have a serious, mind-blowingly awful sleep
regression at around 18 months.
It's not your fault, and it will pass."
Sunday night was crazy, Monday nap was short and rough, Monday night I finally gave her children's Motrin at 1 am because I couldn't figure out what was going on, and now it's Tuesday and she just skipped her nap. Tonight is Brandon's night with her because I go the the women's prayer group... best of luck, honey. I'll pray for you!!!
They say it usually passes in a few weeks and is often related to the molars they're getting in and/or a growth spurt. I guess I'll just stock up on the Motrin and hunker down.
On a separate note, we have her follow up check up at the eye specialist tomorrow morning... I'll let you all know how that goes.
