My favorite fall recipe of all time is this yummy dip, I make it at some point every single fall and have for years. We had a church picnic at the beach on Sunday afternoon so I had my chance... now it's your turn.
2 boxes cream cheese (I use low fat, but whatever)
1 can pumpkin
1/2 box brown sugar
1/2 tsp nutmeg
Beat all ingredients until well blended and smooth. Chill before serving. Sooooo yummy with apple slices or ginger snap cookies; but Acacia and I had some of the leftovers on toast and it was delicious! If you're a real Martha Stewart wanna-be you can serve it inside a hollowed out pumpkin.
